Questionnaire (Yes Given, Not Given, Unknown) Want to gauge effectiveness of vaccination Immunization Resource - event of vaccine being administered Status - completed, entered-in-error, not-done No status for unknown Definitively not done Thoughts Roeland - this is not an immunization resource it's a condition Eric - list resource things like allergies, alerts, family history Context - value set could be extended for IZ Hx Empty reason - nil known (e.g., no known allergies) Within a record people aren't documenting a list they are documenting conditions Craig - possibly an observation Best option?
