Overview
Provides a standardized way to issue verifiable digital vaccination records to individuals. Developed during the COVID-19 pandemic using FHIR-based data models and QR codes. While widely adopted for COVID credentials, ongoing IIS interest is variable. This is a consumer-facing capability rather than a core IIS exchange standard.
