Overview
Supports standardized reporting of vaccinations to CDC during public health emergencies, replacing ad hoc flat-file approaches used during COVID-19 and Mpox. This would use HL7 v2 messaging patterns to provide more consistent and real-time data exchange. It focuses on rapid reporting needs outside normal IIS workflows. Interest exists, but future requirements and scope are uncertain.
