Overview
Supports providing submitters with insight into how IIS processes incoming data, including which patient or vaccination records were accepted, updated, or ignored. This could help advanced submitters understand IIS matching and merging behavior and improve their own data quality. It extends beyond standard HL7 v2 ACK responses, which provide limited detail. Interest exists, though this level of transparency is not widely implemented today.
