Overview

Vaccinations are sometimes administered but considered to not count for calculating immunity because of a cold chain break (vaccination is not longer effective) or not administered properly (patient did not get the full dose.) The administration must be recorded but clinical staff and CDS logic needs to not count the dose as valid.
